BAC brings people together to make an even bigger impact on the success of people with disabilities. The Habilitation program is one way BAC supports those individuals who need to learn daily life skills and develop other personal achievements.
The Habilitation (HAB) department’s 1:5 Group hosted parents and guardians at an annual picnic April 27 at McLarty Park in Rockledge. The group played games, ate picnic food and got to know each other better during the four-hour event.
In May, BAC’s Rockledge Headquarters hosted its first Ice Cream Social. Adult Day Training program clients, staff and community partners joined together for a cool treat.
Chilly Willy Ice Cream & Sno-Ball’s food truck was on deck to serve up tasty treats. Layla Patel was the perfect little hostess to furry guest, Chaz Bellus, sharing her cone with Chaz.
