Brevard Achievement Center (BAC) in partnership with CareerSource-Brevard, will host a half-day workshop on Thursday, October 23 from 8:30 am to Noon to educate and inform federal contractor and subcontractor hiring managers about the March 14, 2014 changes to VEVRA and Section 503. Human resources and/or compliance professionals will benefit from this complimentary workshop.
Christine Hanley, Esq., a partner with FordHarrison attorneys, will speak on “VEVRA, Section 503 and Bellbottoms: Everything Old is New Again.” In addition, representatives from BAC, CareerSource-Brevard, Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Patrick Air Force Base and the Affirmative Action Counsel will present and be on-hand to provide information about their services and programs.
