Knowing that image is everything, Marketing and Development Administrator, Roz Weiss knew the outside of the BAC main office building needed some inspiration.  Discovering there was no extra money in the budget to make even simple renovations, Weiss pondered what to do.  Landscape improvements came to mind.

Weiss decided to approach neighboring Rockledge Gardens to inquire if they would be willing to give to the cause.  Riley not only agreed to give BAC some new greenery, she also gave landscaping tips too.

With Wagner Pavers located right around the corner from BAC, Weiss boldly approached the company to see if they would be willing to donate a new paver entrance.  Co-owner, David Dutra visited the agency and offered his ideas which included paving the adjacent patio as well.  And yes he agreed to donate it all.

The Pal Project Was Born.

The Pal Project program rewards businesses that agree to lend a hand by promoting their business at all opportunities.  Weiss says, “By simply promoting our Pals to the community using all communication tools at our disposal, we hope that the kindness these businesses have shown to BAC will be paid forward by our staff, clients, supporters, friends and their friends when an opportunity arises.”

To date, Erin Frederick Photography, Amelia Woodbridge Consulting and Marketing World, Inc. have joined Rockledge Gardens and Wagner Pavers as fellow Pals.

Watch for updates about The Pal Project in this blog or by visiting our Partners page.  And be sure to let our Pals know how much you appreciate their support to BAC.  We’d also like to take this opportunity to say, “Thank you Pal Project participants for showing us all that you care about our community!”
